We Are Here To Guide You

We create online courses and guidebooks to help you take control of your health and live an anticancer life. Our mission is to help you put the pieces together. Although we do not always have control over our health, we can make choices that make a difference. We will be your guides to understanding the connection that lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness has on your health and your personal risk of developing cancer, recovering from treatment or reducing the risk of recurrence. Knowledge is power. Take back some control of your health.

Learn about the connection between nutrition and cancer. We aren’t always in control, but this is one area where we have a direct influence our health.

Our guides are based on medical symptoms and are an excellent adjunct to your treatment regimen and recommendations of your cancer care team. The guides are designed to be a reference tool for guidance on management of potential symptoms you may experience and how to rebuild after treatment.

We understand cancer is not a light topic but unfortunately many of us will have a personal battle with cancer or witness a family member, loved one or close friend battle the fight. Our blogs encompass topics from cancer prevention to survivorship. We have information on symptom control while undergoing treatment, directed content for caregivers and cover topics on nutrition, exercise, cancer genetics, and mindfulness.

We are healthcare practitioners, a physician assistant and a nurse practitioner, that have many years of experience caring for patients. We are inspired by the strength of our patients but also understand our healthcare system does not always give us all the answers to be our best selves. We believe everyone should have the tools and knowledge to to live healthy, long, vibrant lives.
